Key Skills
- Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure in a production environment.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
- Well-versed in the principles of cloud security, with a practical mindset toward secure infrastructure design.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in DevOps/SRE or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform.
- Help define and improve our cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and build robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Support our shift toward containerization (e.g. Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with teams across the business to support growth, scalability, and automation.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support uptime and stability.

Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The total pay range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
